Let’s talk mimosas! What is brunch without a little bubbly? Here’s a fun way to serve your mimosas and you can make this ahead of time! Use flower ice molds to make orange juice ice cubes. Make these the day before and then just pop them into a pretty glass. Pour champagne over it and enjoy! We love this recipe from Delish. You can even mix it up and use different fruits!

Next, let’s focus on the main course! This is an opportunity to get a little creative. Who doesn’t enjoy a perfectly golden waffle? Take it up a notch by creating a heart shaped waffle. No you don’t need to try to cut out hearts by hand. We found the cutest heart shaped waffle maker at Target. Instead of a large waffle consider making mini waffles and creating a waffle bar with toppings like whipped cream, honey and fresh fruits. If you don’t want to spend time making waffles, there’s another option: Breakfast casserole. We love how easy it is to make and you can prepare it the day before! All you need to do is put it in the oven for about 10 minutes to reheat. Find an easy recipe here. Another fun idea is a biscuit bar! All you need is pre-made biscuits and toppings. For an extra lovely touch, cut the biscuits with a heart shaped cookie cutter before baking.

We hope you’ll add this to your list of parties and make it an annual tradition!
