Our Process
- We take time to meet with each client to understand truly understand their vision for the event
- We work on creating a detailed checklist for clients to follow throughout the planning process and provide assistance from day one!
- Creation and management of a detailed wedding timeline to ensure the day is running smoothly.
- Coordination with vendors such as florists, caterers, photographers, and musicians
- Design and décor planning – We’ll talk through all the details from signage to table settings, we will create a cohesive look
- Overseeing setup and breakdown on the wedding day
- Handling any unforeseen issues or emergencies during the event
- Ensuring the smooth flow of events and activities on the wedding day
