Proposal Review – We’ll put together a proposal based on your specific needs and vision.
Consultations & Planning – YAY!! You decided we were the right fit for your event! We’ll begin planning and collaborating to fine tune your wedding day details and design.
Day of Event Management – Executing your vision with attention to detail and ensuring your day is flowing smoothly! We’ll take care of every detail while you enjoy this beautiful time in your life!

The Luna Package: Micro-weddings/elopements
Whether you’re dreaming of a romantic elopement or a small gathering with your closest loved ones, this package is designed to make your day unforgettable.
- One-on-one planning session to understand your vision, priorities, and love story
- Venue and location brainstorming tailored to your style and budget
- Sourcing and booking of intimate venues (gardens, rooftops, private estates, etc.)
- Recommendations and coordination with trusted vendors.
- Custom mood board and aesthetic direction
- Décor planning
- Detailed day-of timeline
- Coordination of transportation, permits (if needed), and guest communication
- On-site support for setup and flow of events
- Travel planning for destination elopements
- Post-elopement celebration planning
The Stella Package: Event Management
Includes a general plan and timeline for couple to adjust and modify as needed. We will provide a finalized plan and timeline.
Communication with the couple before the big day to solidify the details. This includes unlimited communication via phone, email or text during business hours through out the entire planning period. Communication begins as soon as contract is signed.
Complimentary initial consultation, midway check-in phone call, as well as a final consultation 3 weeks prior to the event.
Communication with vendors including arrival time, setup/breakdown details. We will also be a point of contact on the day of.
Event day set up and decorating includes: table décor, ceremony décor, reception décor. Does include set up of tables, chairs, smaller décor elements. Does not including moving or arranging of any large/heavy decorative elements. Event day management included, up to 8 hours (rehearsal, ceremony, reception, wedding party, family, vendors, and general set up coordination).
1 hour Rehearsal is included at no additional cost to the client. Additional time will incur an hourly charge of $125 per hour.
The Selene Package: Partial Planning & Event Management
Includes a curated detailed plan and timeline for couple to review. We will provide a finalized plan and timeline.
Open communication during entire planning process. Reach out to us with any questions or details. This includes unlimited communication via phone, email or text during business hours through out the entire planning period. Communication begins as soon as contract is signed.
Complimentary initial consultation, a mid way check-in as well as a final consultation a few weeks prior to the event.
Vendor Recommendations We are happy to provide vendor recommendations for couples to narrow down their search.
Communication with vendors on behalf of the couple (finalizing arrival times, sending out official timeline, etc.). We will be a point of contact the day of.
Set up on wedding day (setting up tables and chairs within the venue, arrange table settings and decorations for ceremony, reception etc.). Heavy lifting, moving or setting up heavy décor/objects or equipment of other vendors not included.
Event day Management – 10 hours (rehearsal, ceremony, reception, wedding party, family, vendors, and general set up coordination). Planner will allot 1 hour for the rehearsal. Additional time will incur an hourly charge of $125 per hour.
The Artemis Package: Full Planning & Event Management
Includes a curated detailed plan and timeline for couple to review. We will provide a finalized plan and timeline.
Open and unlimited communication during planning process. Reach out to us with any questions or details. This includes unlimited communication via phone, email or text during business hours through out the entire planning period. Communication begins as soon as contract is signed.
Complimentary initial consultation, as well as two midway check-ins, and a final consultation a few weeks prior to the event. Monthly 30-minute check-in calls/meetings during the planning process leading up to the event.
Full assistance in researching vendors and finding vendors Our team will work with you to find the right fit for all your vendor needs including but not limited to: officiant, DJ, florist, event rentals, photographer, etc. We will review contracts and ensure you are receiving quality services.
Detailed Communication with vendors on behalf of the couple (finalizing arrival times, sending out official timeline, etc.). We will be a point of contact the day of. We will also be available to attend any vendor meetings. This includes detailed communication with vendors leading up to event to solidify arrival times, setup/breakdown, payments met, verify and confirm final plan and be point of contact throughout the planning process.
Full set up on wedding day (arrange table settings and any decorations other than florals such a bouquets, boutonnieres or corsages. Floral arrangements will be additional if there is no florist).Full Set Up includes : décor set up for ceremony and reception, ensuring all vendors are in place with designated décor, table décor, setting up signage: welcome, directions, place cards etc. , moving and setting up tables and chairs within the venue. Set Up of any additional elements discussed in advance with couple.
Full event day coordination up to 12 hours (rehearsal, ceremony and reception, wedding party, family, vendors, general set up coordination).
