I love touring local venues in the Greenville area and seeing what they have to offer! I recently had the opportunity to visit The Grand Holland Estate. It DID NOT disappoint. Are you dreaming of a beautiful southern wedding? You should absolutely consider this venue. Did we mention it’s an all-inclusive venue? All really does mean all with this gorgeous location. They cover everything from food to accommodations!

The 6-acre wooded grounds sit just outside of Mauldin, SC tucked away so you feel like you’re on a country estate, but you can easily get to Greenville. The Georgian Southern Mansion spans an impressive ten thousand square feet. This southern abode is bursting with beautiful crystal chandeliers and period furniture. It’s as if time stopped and you stepped into a scene from Gone with the Wind.

As soon as you enter the mansion, you’ll find a spacious meeting space with a mahogany staircase surrounded by white columns. This is a sweet and cozy space for an intimate ceremony. If you continue up the stairs, beautifully decorated rooms await. You’ll also find a lovely bridal suite. The room overlooks the property filled with everything your bridesmaids need. A full beauty station packed with large mirrors and chairs as well as a large seating area for pretty getting ready photos.

We know wedding guest lists can grow from 50 to 200 in a matter of minutes. You have no reason to worry with this venue. You have several beautiful spots to get married and let your guests leisurely wander. If you wander to the back of the property you’ll find a small concrete patio, perfect for your champagne wall! Then you’ll see the beautiful courtyard filled with benches, greenery, and several seating areas. You also don’t want to miss the wood deck that has a bar built in! Yes, BUILT IN! Fully stocked with your preferences and friendly bartenders as well!

Guest/bridal party accommodations can also cause a couple some stress. The Grand Holland Estate has you covered! They have four beautiful rooms you can reserve as well as a full guest house with 3 bedrooms! The guest house feels so cozy when you walk in. It’s fully furnished and not even ten feet from the mansion.

Last but not least, I must talk about Chef Beau! Everyone worries if the wedding food will be good or not. I promise you are in the best hands! The food was absolutely delightful. Chef Beau brings southern charm and flavor to your favorite classics! I loved the fried green tomatoes. I admit I had three of them and had no regrets!

This venue has it all for the couple that doesn’t want the hassle of separate vendors. We give it five stars for being a perfect package deal.
